Sandra Y. Williams, Staff Consultant

Sandra Williams works closely with the CEO, providing administrative support and fund development assistance. Sandra serves as the Chicago Area Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) Coordinator for Destiny Outreach®. She is responsible for establishing effective working relationships with loaned executives and agency coordinators and developing strategies for appeals to federal employees. Sandra is also responsible for the design, development and implementation of volunteer management programs for CFC and the Dreams & Destiny® programs.

Sandra currently serves as a United Way CFC Coordinator and Fund Development Assistant for Destiny Outreach. She also serves as an independent consultant to other non-profit organizations and faith based ministries. Sandra received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts and an M.B. A. from the University of Chicago. She has also served as the Director of Training for Salem Baptist Church of Chicago, one of the largest churches in the city with more than 15,000 members. In this position, Sandra was responsible for the development and implementation of several leadership training programs and for recruiting, training and mobilizing volunteer workers. She also served as the program director for two very successful mentoring programs, which matched more than 150 professional women with at-risk teenage girls.
